the jm group are always looking for high quality candidates to satisfy the demands of our high quality clients. As a way of encouraging our existing candidate base to “spread the word” about the jm group, we offer a referral scheme as a reward.
If you refer a candidate who is then successfully placed you will be in line to receive one of the following gifts as a "thank-you" from the jm group.
To refer one of your friends / associates as a candidate you can either email their details to one of our teams (see the Contact Us Section) or, if you find a vacancy on our website you think is suitable for someone you know, click on the “refer a friend” button and send the details of the vacancy to them. To make sure that your referral is noted please email the consultant to let them know the contact details of the candidate you have referred.
If you refer a candidate that already exists on our database you will not qualify for this scheme.
